We think coffee is best paired with life.
As coffee roasters, we see ourselves as craftspeople, standing at the end of a long chain of contribution, greeting the single-origin green coffee beans when they arrive in our workshop in a manner that respects the extensive journey they have already been on.
We stay true to our gut and roast the coffee using our senses. Listening, sensing and enjoying the process of developing the coffee beans as they rotate over the heat. It's an engaging process, one we enjoy.
We package the coffee into 250g bags, that can be purchased on site, at any of our three locations around Cardiff, Wales. We also have a coffee delivery service and coffee bean subscription so that you can enjoy having coffee delivered to you at home.
